My Nephew has Landed

So if you aren't a friend of mine of facebook and twitter (I seriously don't know what you are waiting for, just send me a friend request) the chances are you missed all the updates on my sister's labor.

It was a LONG day Wednesday.  Kristin was at the hospital at 6am to be induced and apparently she isn't as awesome as I am at having babies.  I mean my water broke on it's own and almost exactly 11 hours later I had a  baby.  Kristin was in labor f o r e v e r!  I honestly thought that they were going to have to do a c-section because it was taking so long for her to dilate to 10cm.

My mom, my BIL's mom, me, B and my 2 aunts camped out all night long in the maternity ward waiting room.  I wanted to die when we got the text from Tom at 9:40 pm saying it could be another 6 hours.  I had BD drop B off at the hospital and had  my aunts go to the house and pack an over night bag for me because I wasn't leaving that hospital until I saw my new nephew.

After waiting a total of 20 hours George Edward Horn was born!  He made his grand entrance at 2:15 am weighing 5lbs 10oz and stretched 19.1 inches.  He's a little peanut because was born 2-3 weeks early. He has all his fingers and toes and all body parts are where they should be.  They got his name by using my dad's first name (George) and my BIL's middle name (Edward).  He definitely suits the name and is the love of my sister and brother-in-law's life.  I couldn't be happier for them and our families!

So without further ado I'd like to introduce you to Baby George!
